Good hotel if you are Genius Member 2 or 3 and you save some money. Full price not worth it.

The breakfast staff as well as housekeeping was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable. The billard (pool) table is great and free for use.

The pool was dirty, and they only cleaned it after us asking. The receptionist didn’t care about anything and was more busy playing Candy Crush. The coffee they serve for breakfast was unenjoyable.

Ok for a short stay.

Room is spacious and the wifi was decent. Pool is cool and nice.

Location is a bit isolated and transporatation in the area is not easy. Breakfast was just ok, and basic Filipino fare like tapa costs extra.

It’s a very peaceful accommodation with a comfortable room, staff was friendly

The water pressure in the shower was not strong enough and the curtains aren’t thick enough, giving a bit of lack of privacy in the evening.

Conveniently located for the airport but this wouldn’t be my first choice if we were staying again.

Acacia is conveniently located fairly close to the airport -there is a shuttle to the airport terminal for PHP350 and the rooms are super spacious

Some shower gel would be welcome, staff were quite formal but not organised when it came to payment. Breakfast wasn’t bad but there wasn’t a lot of food.

Breakfast is mediocre. Cook and the rest of thebstaff are friendly and accomodating. Location is far from everything, but transportation is readily available. The room was musty at first, but the odor disappeared after the AC ran for a few minutes. Bed is clean and they will clean and replace linen and towels when asked.

Great staffs but facilities can be improved

The location since it near the airport and the staffs are friendly and easy to talk to.

The facilities. Smelly comport rooms, uncleaned pool a lot of fallen leafs, tv is not properly working no channels you still need to ask for them to fix it, the wifi is not great and can't be access in the room also limited option for the breakfast

Peaceful setting and a great pool!

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable hotel. Loved our spacious room in a quiet, peaceful environment away from city traffic. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The pool was fabulous in a beautiful garden setting in which to relax. Ordered delicious meals one night for dinner and found a really good Vietnamese restaurant close by.

Small things would really boost up the rating for this hotel…the Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent in the rooms although worked fine in the lounge/restaurant. The shower head sprayed everywhere and the toilet seat kept sliding off.
